We are seeking a motivated and experienced Salesman / Estimator / Manager to join our growing asphalt and pavement team. Asphalt estimating and sales can be taught, but we are specifically looking for someone with a strong background in construction, estimating, project coordination, and team management.

This role is ideal for someone who understands construction operations, can communicate professionally with customers and crews, and is capable of managing projects from estimate to completion.

• Meet with residential and commercial customers to evaluate project needs
• Prepare estimates, proposals, and project bids
• Manage jobs from scheduling through completion
  
  Coordinate with crews, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent service
• Track project costs, timelines, and materials
• Conduct site visits and ensure quality standards are met
• Assist with sales growth and business development opportunities
• Communicate effectively with office staff and field personnel

• Previous construction industry experience
• Experience with estimating or project management
• Leadership or management experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects
• Valid driver’s license

• Experience in asphalt, paving, concrete, or sitework industries
• Sales experience
• Knowledge of takeoffs, measurements, and job costing
• Experience using estimating software or spreadsheets
