Quality Engineering
Shape the safety of every mile
At AGC Glass Company North America in Bellefontaine, Ohio, we manufacture premium automotive safety glass for vehicle makers across the U.S. and abroad. Join a fast-paced, technology-driven, team-centered environment where your decisions directly elevate product quality and driver safety.
A day in this roleYou start by reviewing overnight SPC signals and MSA findings from the line. A trend in optical distortion triggers a layered audit: you walk the process, verify gauges, and partner with production to test adjustments. After lunch, you lead a cross-functional huddle with engineering and supply chain to close the loop on a supplier-related variation. You finish by updating process flows, inspection reports, and corrective actions so lessons learned turn into institutionalized controls.
