We are seeking a hands‑on Finance Manager to support the company’s FP&A functions within the organization. This role includes financial planning and analysis, budgeting and forecasting, financial close, cost and inventory accounting, treasury management, audit coordination, and financial reporting.

This position will work closely with the EVP, who also currently holds CFO responsibilities, and senior leadership providing meaningful exposure to executive-level financial planning and decision‑making.

The role offers the opportunity to expand scope and grow within the organization, including the potential to assume broader finance leadership responsibilities as part of succession planning.

While the position does not include direct reports initially, it is expected to evolve to oversee the Accounting Department.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support annual budgeting, periodic forecasts, and financial planning processes
  • Prepare monthly financial reporting, variance analysis, and performance summaries
  • Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support pricing, margin, and investment decisions
  • Assist with KPI tracking and reporting across sales, cost, inventory, and overhead
  • Support cash flow forecasting and working capital analysis
  • Participate in and help coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
  • Ensure accurate general ledger accounting and timely financial reporting
  • Support multi‑entity and multi‑currency reporting, including foreign currency considerations (MXN, JPY)
  • Maintain adherence to GAAP and internal control standards
  • Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and reporting efficiency
COST & OPERATIONAL FINANCE
  • Support cost accounting processes, including standard costing and variance analysis
  • Assist with inventory accounting, reconciliation, and controls
  • Partner with operations to improve cost visibility and inventory accuracy
  • Provide financial support related to international operations, including Mexico‑based entities operating under a Maquiladora Agreement structure
  • Assist with cash management and banking transactions
AUDIT & COMPLIANCE SUPPORT
  • Assist in managing external audits and preparing supporting documentation
  • Coordinate with external advisors on tax and statutory reporting matters
  • Support compliance and reporting requirements for domestic and international operation
SYSTEMS & PROCESS IMPROVEMENT
  • Play an active role in ERP implementation and ongoing system optimization
  • Help ensure accounting and reporting processes are effectively integrated within the ERP system
  • Identify opportunities to enhance automation and reporting capabilities
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 7–10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience
  • Previous management or supervisory experience
  • Experience in manufacturing or industrial distribution environment
  • Strong understanding of cost accounting and inventory processes
  • Exposure to multi‑entity and/or multi‑currency reporting
  • Experience with cloud‑based ERP systems, including Infor Cloud Suite
  • Comfortable operating in a hands‑on, collaborative work environment
  • Ability to function in a multicultural environment
  • Ability to perform effectively in all work environments, including onsite, hybrid, and remote settings
