Production Associate – Automotive Glass Manufacturing

• Assemble automotive glass components across various production lines, ensuring precision and adherence to strict quality standards.

• Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment to maintain smooth workflow.

• Carefully inspect and handle glass products, following all safety protocols to prevent damage and ensure personal safety.

• Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily production targets.

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace by following company safety and cleanliness standards.

• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs comfortably.

• No prior experience or formal education necessary—entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply!

• Flexibility to work mandatory overtime as needed to meet production demands.

Pay Details: $17.00 per hour
