Travel Registered Nurse – Labor & Delivery

Job Overview

TNAA Total Med RN is seeking a Labor and Delivery RN for an 8‑week travel nursing assignment in Bellefontaine, Ohio. The position requires 36 hours per week, 12‑hour night shifts.

• Provide comprehensive care and support for women before, during, and after delivery.
• Assist physicians with epidurals, pain medications, episiotomies, and cesarean preparations.
• Stay with and monitor patients throughout labor; monitor contractions and guide breathing techniques.
• Check cervix periodically to assess progress.
• Maintain clean and safe environment, including cleaning bodily fluids.
• Aid physicians with drapes, gloves, gowns, instruments, and other supplies.
• Provide immediate care to newborns.

• Active RN license.
• 3 years of recent acute care experience (preferred).
• ACLS, BLS, and NRP certifications.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lean, and lift up to 20 lbs; handle patient transfers up to 50 lbs.
• Strong coping skills for a fast‑paced environment and ability to relate to patients of all ages and backgrounds.

Pay based on 12‑hour shifts, 36 hours per week. Weekly pay, guaranteed hours, tax‑free stipend to be determined.
