Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (L&D RN) – Night Shift

Seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery RN to provide comprehensive care for laboring patients, postpartum patients, and newborns. The RN will deliver safe, patient-centered care while collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.

• 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
• 36 hours guaranteed per week.

• Minimum 1 year of L&D experience required.
• Postpartum and nursery experience required.
• Active Ohio RN license or compact license at time of submission.
• BLS (AHA) certification required.
• ACLS (AHA) certification required.
• NRP certification required.
• BSN preferred.

• Perform patient assessments, reassessments, and develop individualized care plans.
• Provide age-appropriate care for labor, postpartum, and newborn patients.
• Administer medications safely and follow medication administration standards.
• Educate patients and families on care plans, pain management, and health needs.
• Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to providers and care teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support positive patient outcomes.

• Resume required.
• Skills checklist completed within the last year.
• Active AHA certifications required at time of start.
• COVID vaccination card required if applicable.
