July 1, 2026 Start Date Year-Round Position (260 Contract Days) Requirements:
A high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license with a good driving record (CDL a plus), ability to pass a BCI and FBI background check, and ability to be on call for after-hours support, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Must possess strong organizational skills.
Preferences:Post‑secondary training in skilled trades (preference given to those with carpentry and/or electrical training/experience). Skill and experience in building systems (e.g., HVAC, fire suppression, security, plumbing, electrical). Multi‑school or related building maintenance experience. Experience operating various equipment, including, but not limited to, forklift, tractor, backhoe, scissor lift.
Responsibilities:Perform general utility, custodial, and maintenance services as part of the Facilities & Grounds team. Must be able to work at heights up to 8 feet (step ladder). Work as a team and train other team members. Learn new systems and technologies and remain current on new and upcoming trends in facilities maintenance.
