We're looking for people who want to build a long-term career, develop valuable skills, and become top-level technicians.

• 6–12 months of diesel, automotive, agricultural, heavy equipment, or mechanical experience preferred (trainees encouraged to apply)
• valid driver's license
• strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• ability to work independently and contribute as part of a team
• positive attitude and willingness to learn
• commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and reliability

• ASE certifications
• experience using diagnostic software and electronic troubleshooting tools
• experience with fleet maintenance programs
• experience working on MC331 pressurized tanker equipment
• class A CDL or the desire to obtain one

• ability to lift 35+ pounds regularly
• ability to bend, kneel, squat, climb, and work in a fast-paced shop environment
• ability to safely operate shop tools and equipment
• comfortable working around heavy trucks, trailers, and mechanical systems
• must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening
