Stamp Process Auditor

Role Overview: This position verifies accuracy and proper placement of Tobacco/OTP orders, ensuring compliance with state and jurisdictional requirements. It allocates orders to appropriate stamp lines, announces changeovers, maintains audit records, and supports operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Verify carrier movement through conveyor systems for accuracy and routing.
• Ensure correct placement of Tobacco/OTP products for scanning and processing.
• Assign orders based on jurisdictional requirements and announce changeovers.
• Maintain audit records and communicate findings to supervisors.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; warehouse experience or equivalent.
• Ability to perform essential functions in an 8-10 hour shift, including weekends and overtime.
• Strong attention to detail, basic math skills, and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work independently and in multi-temperature environments.
• Good communication, organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure.
• Physical capability to lift up to 75 pounds with assistance and operate in a warehouse setting.
