Hansler Industries is looking for an organized and customer-oriented Service Dispatcher to join our team in Belleville, Ontario
. As the Service Dispatcher, you will be responsible for the coordination of Service jobs, including scheduling and assigning work to Technicians, and ensuring that services offered meet or exceed the requirements of internal and external customers.
- Scheduling, coordinating, and assigning jobs to Service Technicians
- Managing new and ongoing work orders using an ERP system
- Utilizing the service scheduler to prioritize and schedule appointments
- Communicating with Service and Parts team members to ensure workloads are optimized, and customer needs are managed proactively
- Managing incoming job leads using established processes
- Maintaining professional and effective communication with customers
- Managing the WIP Report and billing for customers, including reviewing and completing invoice proposals
- Ensuring adherence to safety programs and initiatives, and ensuring incident reports are completed when needed
Skills & Qualifications
- Previous dispatching or scheduling work experience
- Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational skills and planning skills
- A customer-oriented mindset and excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively with internal and external customers at all levels
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple demands in parallel

The annual base pay range for this role is: $49,200 to $57,000, depending on experience.
This is an onsite role based in Belleville, Ontario
.
