Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement market growth strategies

• Build and maintain client relationships for account expansion

• Engage in industry events to network and identify leads

• Collaborate on marketing and thought leadership projects

• Oversee talent management and resource planning

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in engineering or Life Sciences preferred

• Minimum 10 years in professional services, 7+ years CQV

• History of driving revenue and managing P&L

• Proven leadership experience in team building

• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
