Support client services at TD Private Wealth in Belleville, Ontario as a Client Support Associate. This administrative role focuses on enhancing the client experience and aids Investment Advisors in their tasks.

As a Client Support Associate, your role encompasses providing crucial administrative support for Investment Advisors in a wealth management setting. You'll prepare necessary client meeting documentation, create insightful reports, and offer mentorship on financial products. By ensuring compliance and effective communication, you're vital in maintaining high client satisfaction and efficient branch operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and organize documentation for client meetings

• Develop reports for evaluating client accounts

• Provide mentorship on wealth management products

• Submit marketing pieces for compliance approval

• Uphold standards of compliance for documentation

Requirements:

• Preferably an undergraduate degree or diploma

• Required to be licensed as an Investment Representative (IR)

• 1–2 years of experience in administrative or banking roles

• Strong skills in communication and relationship-building

• Familiarity with wealth management tools is a plus
