Position: Financial Operations Controller Role
Join Prelco as a Financial Operations Controller in Belleville and leverage your cost accounting skills within the manufacturing sector. This position combines financial oversight with operational insights.

In this role, you will oversee financial operations and report to Prelco head office, bridging the gap between Finance and Operations. You’ll analyze production costs, providing actionable insights that enhance decision-making. Your responsibilities also involve tracking KPIs, reducing waste, and improving cost drivers within the production arena.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bridge Operations and Finance for effective reporting

• Analyze cost structures to improve profitability

• Provide clear insights for non-finance stakeholders

• Track key performance indicators related to efficiency

• Implement changes to mitigate risks and improve budgets

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance mandatory

• 5+ years in manufacturing or relevant fields
