Finance Manager for Automotive Manufacturing

Our client is seeking a Finance Manager with 5-8 years of experience to support financial forecasting, budgeting, and business performance. This role partners closely with Operations, Engineering, and Program Management to provide actionable financial insights. Key responsibilities include leading budgeting activities and analyzing plant financial performance to drive growth and profit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop annual budgets and quarterly forecasts

• Oversee standard costing and financial model creation

• Present forecasts and financial opportunities to leadership

• Analyze manufacturing cost drivers and optimization

• Support monthly financial close and variance analysis

Requirements:

• 5-8 years in FP&A or Plant Finance

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting

• CPA designation is an asset

• Automotive manufacturing experience preferred

• Advanced Excel skills and ERP experience
