The Commercial Compliance Officer – Servicing will be part of the Compliance Risk Management team. This mid-level role demands a strong background in financial services compliance and a good grasp of laws affecting loan servicing. Your main function will be to provide advice, monitor controls, and facilitate improvements across designated business areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide oversight on loan servicing compliance activities

• Develop relationships with business lines to enhance compliance

• Identify control gaps and recommend process improvements

• Conduct impact analyses for new laws and regulations

• Assist with regulatory exams and policy training

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required

• 3-5 years in financial services compliance or regulation

• Knowledge of SCRA, FCRA, ECOA, and related laws

• Strong research and analytical skills

• Excellent written and oral communication abilities
