Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor a portfolio of commercial real estate assets

• Perform audits and assess investment risk and quality

• Review construction draw packages for compliance

• Build and maintain relationships with partners and borrowers

• Prepare detailed reports on portfolio performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required

• Minimum six years of related experience

• Proficiency in interpreting legal documentation

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Knowledge of LIHTC is preferred
