With a strong national presence and a rapidly expanding Toronto district, this firm is entering an exciting new phase of growth, and they’re looking for a Senior Superintendent to help lead it. This is an active opportunity for a recently awarded project in Belleville, ON
.

The successful candidate will have the following:

• Demonstrable experience with a General Contractor in projects in the $50M+ range
• Strong commercial and institutional project experience
• A passion for driving success and raising the standard of project delivery
• The ability to collaborate effectively with owners, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Experience working within progressive design-build contracts
• A results-driven mindset and leadership presence
• Eligibility to work in Canada

• $140,000 to $180,000 base salary
