Position: Outside Sales Expert for Contractors
Join the building materials industry as an Outside Sales Representative focused on contractor relationships. This full-time role spans Eastern Ontario, targeting growth and new business.

In this position, you’ll cover areas surrounding Kingston, extending approximately 150 km along the Highway 401 and Highway 7 corridors. You will exclusively hunt for new business and leverage your understanding of the residential construction market to establish contractor trust.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit job sites to build strong contractor relationships

• Open new contractor and builder accounts

• Measure job sites for accurate job take-offs

• Create and follow up on quotes and opportunities

• Manage your territory and customer pipeline effectively

Requirements:

• At least five years in residential construction or building materials

• Experience in outbound B2B sales

• Comfortable initiating conversations on job sites

• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills

• Valid Ontario driver’s licence and dependable vehicle
