We seek a proactive Inside Sales Representative with 2 to 5 years of inside sales experience. In this role, you will facilitate the sales process through effective project management, handle customer inquiries, and track orders. Your ability to engage in both prospecting and pricing discussions will be essential for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the sales process with customer support and issue resolution

• Prospect new leads through outbound calls and emails

• Determine pricing using complex pricing tables

• Ensure proper inventory levels and handle shipments

• Work at the sales counter to assist customers directly

Requirements:

• 2 to 5 years of experience in inside sales

• Familiarity with inventory sales preferred

• An associate degree is a plus

• Strong computer skills required

• Forklift Certification preferred
