Gusto is building a talent pipeline for early-career sales professionals eager to contribute in a fast-paced consultative environment. You will engage with small business owners, guiding them through the onboarding process and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. As part of our Sales or Onboarding teams, your role will focus on inbound customer interactions while possibly engaging in outbound sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage high-volume inbound communications from customers

• Serve as a trusted advisor for Gusto solutions

• Support clients through a seamless onboarding experience

• Exhibit strong product knowledge and customer-first strategies

• Maintain detailed records in Salesforce for excellent follow-through

Requirements:

• 1–3 years in sales or customer service

• Experience in high-volume calling environments

• Proven track record meeting/exceeding sales goals

• Passion for consultative, solution-oriented selling

• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRMs
