Lead market performance as Market Director with Project Farma in Trenton, New Jersey. Drive revenue growth and maintain client satisfaction through strategic account management and talent development.

In this full-time role, you'll oversee the New Jersey market, ensuring the success of existing sites while identifying opportunities for expansion. Collaborate with Site Leads and the Strategy team to enhance client relationships, improve service delivery, and manage high-performing teams. Your leadership will influence not only revenue targets but also the professional growth of resources across the market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive market strategies

• Build relationships with clients and stakeholders

• Collaborate with Site Leads for account growth

• Drive business development initiatives and campaigns

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or Life Sciences

• 10+ years in professional services, 7+ in CQV

• Proven track record in revenue growth and P&L management

• Strong leadership experience and skills

• Effective communication and negotiation abilities
