Account Executive – HVAC

Position: Account Executive – HVAC at CFM Company

The ideal candidate for this Account Executive position will bring 5+ years of experience in HVAC sales. You'll work closely with consulting engineers and contractors, developing strategic relationships to influence system design and project execution. Your responsibilities will include providing technical support and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage long-term customer relationships

• Influence system designs in collaboration with clients

• Develop competitive bids and proposals

• Maintain communication with internal sales teams

• Support accounts receivable collections

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field preferred

• Minimum 5 years in HVAC or mechanical contracting

• Proven ability to influence and negotiate effectively

• Experience with consulting engineers is preferred

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
