Expand your plumbing subcontracting business with residential projects in Belleville/Trenton, Ontario. Focus on installations and repairs while ensuring client satisfaction.
We seek experienced plumbing subcontractors available for ongoing residential projects in Belleville/Trenton and surrounding regions. Responsibilities will include various plumbing installations and finishing work, along with fixture installations. You will also manage DWV work and maintain a safe work environment while engaging with clients and project managers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct residential plumbing installations and repairs
• Perform rough-in and finish tasks for plumbing
• Install sinks, toilets, faucets, and tubs
• Execute drain, waste, and vent (DWV) installations
• Keep job sites clean and safe at all times
Requirements:
• Registered business operating in Ontario
• Valid plumbing license is a must
• WSIB clearance certificate needed
• Recommended minimum liability insurance of $2M
• 2+ years of experience in residential plumbing
