This independent contractor role targets professionals experienced in LVP/LVT installation. You’ll work on ongoing apartment turnover projects across London while enjoying a fixed-price structure with no quoting required. With bi-weekly payments and organized scheduling, your efforts directly contribute to quality flooring transformations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install vinyl plank and tile flooring (LVP/LVT)
• Prepare floors through cleaning and leveling tasks
• Remove existing flooring as scoped
• Install transitions, trims, and reducers where needed
• Maintain an organized and clean workspace
Requirements:
• Proven experience in vinyl flooring installation
• Attention to detail and finish quality
• Valid WSIB coverage and liability insurance
• Own necessary tools and PPE
• Ability to work in occupied and vacant units
