HVAC-R Building Controls Technician

In this critical role, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing HVAC-R systems and low-voltage controls. You'll leverage your DDC systems knowledge to improve operational efficiency and manage inventories. Coordination with maintenance teams and external contractors will be key to your success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program and modify DDC control logic systems

• Repair and calibrate HVAC-R equipment and components

• Oversee computerized controls for building systems

• Conduct retro-commissioning inspections to ensure efficiency

• Act as the key contact for ITS communication
Requirements:

• Diploma in Building Automation or similar

• Minimum 3 years in institutional maintenance

• Proficiency in troubleshooting BAS

• Ability to communicate technical data effectively

• Familiarity with safety regulations and building codes
