Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and fully licensed 310s Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in automotive repair, maintenance, and mechanical troubleshooting. This role involves diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and ensuring vehicles or machinery operate safely and efficiently. A strong background in dealership experience, welding, and working with various hand and power tools is essential.

The Licensed Mechanic will play a vital role in maintaining high standards of customer service by delivering quality repairs and service.

Responsibilities
  • Diagnose mechanical issues using schematics and diagnostic tools
  • Perform repairs on vehicles or machinery, including engine, transmission, brake systems, and electrical components
  • Conduct routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks
  • Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and assembly techniques to complete repairs
  • Interpret technical manuals and schematics to accurately identify problems and solutions
  • Assist with the installation of parts and components during repairs or upgrades
  • Ensure all work complies with safety standards and manufacturer specifications
  • Maintain detailed records of repairs performed and parts used
  • Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair procedures and recommendations clearly
Skills
  • Proven mechanic experience with a strong understanding of automotive systems
  • Dealership experience preferred for familiarity with brand-specific repairs
  • Proficiency in welding and working with heavy lifting equipment
  • Mechanical knowledge across various vehicle types and machinery
  • Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment effectively
  • Ability to read schematics and technical manuals accurately
  • Experience with assembly processes during repairs or upgrades
  • Strong maintenance skills to ensure ongoing vehicle or equipment reliability
  • Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
