With 3-5 years of experience in BMS, building automation, or HVAC controls, you’re expected to deliver exceptional first-time fix rates while ensuring compliance with safety protocols. Your abilities will have a direct impact on service quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and service BMS systems independently

• Diagnose hardware, software, and networked control issues

• Execute service tickets from assignment to resolution

• Perform upgrades, backups, and configuration changes

• Install control components and interpret control drawings

Requirements:

• 3-5+ years in BMS or HVAC controls

• Proficient with Tridium Niagara or equivalent

• Strong troubleshooting skills required

• Ability to work in high-access environments

• Willingness to travel frequently
