A Team Leader H/F

Under the authority of a Site Manager, your daily routine will revolve around the following tasks:

You will ensure the construction of drinking water or sanitation works in accordance with the best practices (preparation, construction of the site, management of material and equipment supply, coordination of different stakeholders, quality control of the constructed works). You will determine the material, equipment, and personnel needs. You will organize safety on the site, the work of the team. You will welcome and guide newcomers and act as a tutor.

You will supervise your team on the site and ensure, in liaison with the Site Manager, the smooth running of the site in accordance with the objectives.

You are responsible for the proper execution of the works and ensure compliance with the schedule.

You have a degree equivalent to Bac Pro TP or you have experience in a similar position.

Your seriousness, organization, and rigor will allow you to meet your deadlines while applying safety and prevention rules. You know how to adapt to the field.
