Job Title

A Team Leader H/F

Under the authority of a Site Manager, your daily routine revolves around the following tasks:

You ensure the construction of water supply or sanitation works in accordance with best practices (preparation, construction of the site, management of material and equipment supply, coordination of different stakeholders, quality control of the constructed works). You determine the material, equipment, and personnel needs. You organize safety on the site, the work of the team. You welcome and guide newcomers and act as a tutor.

You supervise your team on the site and ensure, in liaison with the Site Manager, the smooth running of the site in accordance with objectives.

You are the guarantor of the proper execution of the works and ensure respect for the schedule.

You have a background in a type of Bac Pro TP training or equivalent experience in a similar position.

Your seriousness, organization, and rigor will allow you to meet your completion deadlines in compliance with safety and prevention rules. You know how to adapt to the field.
