Job Title

Sogea Environnement, through its subsidiaries, is involved in the design, construction, rehabilitation, maintenance, and operation of hydraulic projects in metropolitan France. These are mainly public contracts.

A Team Leader (H/F)

Under the authority of a Site Manager, your daily tasks will include:

You will ensure the construction of drinking water or sanitation facilities in accordance with best practices (preparation, construction of the site, management of material and equipment supply, coordination of various stakeholders, quality control of the constructed facilities). You determine the material, equipment, and personnel needs. You organize safety on the site, the work of the team. You welcome and guide newcomers and act as a tutor.

You supervise your team on the site and ensure, in liaison with the Site Manager, the smooth running of the site in accordance with objectives.

You are responsible for the proper execution of the works and ensure respect for the schedule.

You have a background in a Bac Pro TP type degree or equivalent experience in a similar position.

Your seriousness, organization, and rigor will allow you to meet your deadlines for completion in compliance with safety and prevention rules. You know how to adapt to the field.
