* Answer incoming phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficiently

* Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards and customer specifications

* Process cash and credit card transactions with precision

* Deliver outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly

* Maintain a clean and organized work environment

* Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods

* Handle physical tasks, including lifting up to 25 lbs. when necessary

Qualifications

* Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor

* Strong ability to follow directions and adhere to company policies

* Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as needed

* Positive attitude and an easy smile, even in fast-paced situations

* Basic computer skills for operating order-taking and point-of-sale systems

* Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
