Customer Service Representative
The Customer Service Representative serves as a key customer-facing representative responsible for delivering an exceptional showroom experience. This role engages walk-in customers, manages inbound and outbound communications, schedules in-home consultations, and supports overall showroom operations. The Customer Service Representative is customer-focused, results-driven, and capable of balancing sales support with administrative responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and assist walk-in customers, providing product demonstrations and guidance tailored to customer needs.
- Schedule in-home consultations for prospective customers generated through showroom traffic and outbound outreach.
- Conduct outbound calls to assigned leads to generate and confirm appointments.
- Support local marketing efforts by participating in networking events, trade shows, and promotional activities, as needed.
- Assist with the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Maintain showroom presentation, cleanliness, and product readiness.
- Accurately document customer interactions, appointments, and activities within the company's CRM/database system.
- Support management with administrative and operational tasks as required.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support business objectives.

- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1–3 years of experience in retail, sales, customer service, or a related field preferred.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
- Regularly required to sit, talk, or listen; occasionally required to stand and move throughout the building.
