26 weeks:
Monday through Sunday days with beeper call evenings/weekends (30-minute response time)26 weeks:
Completely offCan be configured as one week on/one week off or two on/two offSign on available

Single-hospital coverage; no commuting between sites

Supervise 2-3 rooms with experienced cardiac CRNAsOne cardiac room and 1 general room (sometimes
2)
Case mix:
Cardiac, thoracic, vascular, and EP (TAVR/Watchman)
No transplants, trauma, OB, pediatrics

Annual volume: 200 open hearts

TEE:
Anesthesiologists perform TEEs for open-heart cases

Support:
Dedicated anesthesia techs and strong collaboration with a highly skilled cardiac surgeon and cardiologists
