What You'll Do- Manage and lead projects and teams related to transportation planning and design, traffic studies, and/or construction engineering
- Develop and mentor staff
- Collaborate with other disciplines
- Client relations
- New business development
- Establish and maintain budgets and schedules
- Work in partnership with leadership and other team members throughout the Transportation Group and Company
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited Civil Engineering program
- 15+ years transportation and/or structural experience with diverse project experience
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
- Experience working on and with MODOT, County and Local Agency projects and have established relationships with these clients
- Proven leadership skills with engineering staff
- Strong team player in a multi-disciplinary environment
- Ability to effectively manage clients and projects
- Ability to effectively participate and lead marketing activities
- Ability to contribute to several projects simultaneously
- Working experience with Microsoft Office and knowledge of Micro Station and Geopak

$105,000 - $140,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, as well as internal and external equity)
