Provide patient care under the direct visual supervision of a Registered Nurse (FMCNA RN);
Record vital signs and treatment parameters onto the Hemodialysis Treatment Sheet;
Perform vascular access cannulation and report difficulties to the RN;
Calculate and enter dialysis machine programming for UF, treatment time, Na modeling, and UF modeling;
Discontinue dialysis treatment and evaluate patient prior to discharge
