Position: MRI Technologist (Weekend Day Option Pay)

BJC Health Care System is hiring a Full-Time MRI Technologist (Weekend Option) for Christian Hospital (11133 Dunn Rd., St. Louis, MO). $5,000 Sign-On Bonus for eligible candidates!!!

Position Details
  • Day Shift

    Hours:

    Saturday, Sunday, & Monday (7am-7:30pm)
  • Weekend Day

    Schedule:

    Work just 3 days a week - maximize your pay + have 4 days off in a row = great work life balance!
  • Full-Time (36 hours per week)
  • 2 years MRI experience (Preferred)
  • Registered MRI tech RT(MR)(ARRT) or AMRIT
  • Location is near: Alton, IL / Godfrey, IL / Edwardsville, IL / Collinsville, IL / Granite City, IL / Bridgeton, MO / Saint Ann, MO / Roxana, IL / Wood River, IL / Spanish Lake, MO / Bethalto, IL / Florissant, MO / Black Jack
Lucrative Pay
  • Weekend Premium Pay: 50% extra on hourly rate for weekend hours! (Combine Base Pay + Weekend premium)
Requirements
  • Associate degree or Trade School equivalency (or higher level of education)
  • Certification / Registered Technologist in Radiography - R.T.(R) or MR
  • One year commitment

MRI at NWHC has a Siemens 1.5T Magnetom Symphony scanner. The procedure room has a large window making the room bright & has a very open feeling. MRI offers same day service.

Preferred Qualifications

Role

Purpose:

Performs diagnostic imaging procedures in at least one advanced imaging modality (defined as Computed Tomography (CT), Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), Interventional, Mammography, Bone Density, Cardiac Catheterization) on adults and/or pediatric patients for the purpose of diagnosis and/or treatment, and quality control.

Responsibilities
  • Prepares patient and equipment for procedures.
  • Performs studies independently, in on‑call situations, portable exams, and other site as required by work area.
