BJC Health Care - - Responsibilities:
Provides direct patient care under the supervision of the nurse;
Administers or assists with activities of daily living, takes vital signs, intake and output, fall and pressure ulcer prevention, urinary catheter care, phlebotomy, or point of care testing;
Collects clinical data and reports changes in patient status to the nurse;
Documents all patient care activities with correct medical terminology;
Acts as 1:1 patient safety sitter as necessary
