Nursing Float Patient Care Tech-FT

BJC Health Care -  - Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses, including assisting with ADLs and monitoring patient status;
Take and report vital signs and intake/output, and assist with fall and pressure ulcer prevention measures;
Assist with catheter care, phlebotomy, or point-of-care testing as requested;
Document patient care activities using appropriate terminology and report changes to the nursing team;
Assist with patient and family education and act as 1:1 safety sitter as needed
