Position Title: Full-Time Clinician (Master’s Level or Licensed)
Salary: $55, based on experience
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM;
Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Location: Belleville, Illinois

Position SummaryMarshmallow’s HOPE is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Clinician to join our growing team. This position will provide individual, family, and group therapy services while serving youth enrolled in our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). The clinician will work collaboratively with clients, families, schools, and community providers to support treatment goals while maintaining timely and accurate clinical documentation.
Qualifications- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field required.
- Illinois clinical license preferred (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, PsyD, or equivalent), but master’s-level clinicians working toward licensure are encouraged to apply.
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and families preferred.
- Experience facilitating therapeutic groups preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, crisis intervention, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to ethical practice and client-centered care.
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy to youth participating in Marshmallow’s HOPE Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP).
- Facilitate psycho educational and process groups for adolescents.
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Monitor client progress and coordinate care with families, schools, medical providers, and community partners.
- Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation.
- Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings, clinical supervision, and staff meetings.
- Provide crisis intervention and safety planning when clinically indicated.
