Role Overview

This position involves performing diagnostic imaging procedures, primarily in MRI and advanced modalities, on adult and pediatric patients for diagnosis and treatment. The technologist prepares patients and equipment, conducts studies independently, and may handle on‑call, portable, or site‑specific exams.

• Perform advanced imaging procedures, including MRI, with accuracy and quality control.
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and proper positioning during procedures.
• Prepare and operate imaging equipment, maintaining quality standards.
• Work independently and collaboratively within the imaging team.

• Certification as a Registered Technologist in Radiography (R.T.(R)) and/or MR.
• Associate's Degree or equivalent from Trade School.
• Preferred minimum of 2 years’ MRI experience.
• Licenses in Illinois (e.g., IEMA, RTR, CT, MR, etc.) and CPR certification are advantageous.
• Strong technical skills in MRI, radiology, and medical imaging.

• Part-time role with weekend shifts, offering a 50% premium pay for weekend hours.
• Includes a $2,500 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates.
