Responsibilities

Provide front-line technical support for core warehouse applications.
Perform regular device updates and compliance audits using MDM tools.
Assist in setting up user accounts and system access levels.
Help with testing for any updates or new application rollouts.
Monitor automated reporting and flag data integrity errors for escalation.
Assist with systems training and support.

Requirements

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent technical certification.
Experience in logistics, cross-dock, and warehouse environment.
Experience with logistics applications and cross-dock systems.
Experience in hardware configuration, setup, and maintenance.
Fluent in English (oral and written).
