Branch Manager – World Finance
World Finance is a recognized workplace that helps customers achieve financial wellness. We are seeking a Branch Manager to lead our branch team, guide customers, and drive business growth.
What You’ll Do- Facilitate excellent customer service and lead team members by example.
- Manage team members – directing, mentoring, and delegating daily tasks.
- Address customer needs holistically, pairing them with the right loan and assistance with taxes.
- Sell new and existing World products to help customers meet their financial needs.
- Support, collaborate with, and lean on the strengths and talents of the branch team.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and build community within the branch.
- Foster relationships in the community that drive loan and tax business to the branch.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for bank deposits and other duties.
- Management experience or a strong teamwork history; excellent people skills.
- Ability to negotiate, strategize, and plan.
- Passion for customer service and quality‑driven problem solving.
- Positive influence and motivation to grow in leadership.
- Physical demands: frequently stationary with regular movement; may lift up to 5 lbs.; occasional local travel and extended hours.
- Salary: $35,568 – $65,000 with bonus opportunity.
