Continuous Improvement Manager

Key Tasks

• Coach managers, supervisors, team leads and key talents in systematic problem solving (e.g., Six‑Sigma techniques).
• Drive continuous improvement of Standard Operating Procedures and help managers establish standardized work.
• Develop Lean Champions in the region.
• Lead and deploy the Permobil Lean System as Lean Master in the region.
• Lead and facilitate Kaizen events focused on developing PLS‑proficient team members.
• Lead strategic projects such as cross‑functional improvement projects and footprint changes.
• Lead Six‑Sigma projects with cross‑functional teams.
• Drive systems to enable operational improvements through well‑justified functional needs.
• Serve as an active member of the Operations Management team and drive initiatives to achieve short‑term and long‑term business objectives.
• Instrumentally develop the Operations Strategy for the EMEA region.

Pay Range
: $90,000.00 - $

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with equivalent work experience, along with 10 years in Lean Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Quality Engineering, or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.).
• Project Management skills.
• Knowledge of Six‑Sigma measurement and systematic problem solving.
• Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Change management experience.
• Project Management experience with documented skills.
• Experience with forecasting, demand planning, production planning, Manufacturing Execution Systems, MRP, and warehouse management systems.
