The Air Force Civilian Service (AFCS) is looking for a Full-Time Chief of Programming & Budget Branch, GS-0343-14 to work at HQ AMC/A6XR, Scott AFB, IL
SALARY RANGE: $128,967 - $167,663
Moving expenses may be paid.
Qualifications/RequirementsIn this senior management role, you will direct the financial strategy and resource allocation for a massive portfolio of IT, cyber, projects and programs that power the global mobility mission of Air Mobility Command.

Financial Management, Portfolio Programming, Budget and Execution (PPBE)
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Security clearance.
- Education requirements:
https://(Use the "Apply for this Job" box below)./ - Knowledge of Department of Defense (DoD) and Secretary of Air Force (SAF) financial management regulations; budget formulation and development; and contracting policies and procedures.
- Knowledge of safety and security regulations, practices, and procedures.
- Ability to plan, organize, and direct the functions and mentor, motivate, and appraise the staff of an organization through subordinate supervisors.
- Ability to analyze, plan, and adjust work operations of one or more organizational segments to meet program requirements and objectives within available resources.
- Incumbent is required to file an OGE Form 450, Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, upon appointment and will be required to file annually.
