Job

Purpose

Maintains all ROHO equipment by performing preventative maintenance on equipment, inspecting and repairing all equipment, and assisting with any other special projects.

Compensation & Schedule

Pay Range: $28.00–$33.00/hr, depending on experience

Work Schedule: Full‑time, 40 hours per week

Shift: Midnight shift — starts Sunday at 10:00 PM and ends Friday at 6:30 AM

Overtime: Offered as needed to support production needs

Key Tasks Essential Job Results
  • Observes all equipment to assure proper operation of all systems and find possible failures.
  • Repairs and maintains machinery and mechanical equipment such as pneumatic tools, motors, conveyor systems, production machines and equipment using testing instruments, hand and power tools and precision‑measuring instruments.
  • Performs preventive maintenance on equipment and repairs electrical equipment.
Manage Equipment Database By

Maintaining written records for every piece of equipment; logging work done and failures in order to establish a predictive maintenance program.

Adjusts Parts Of Devices And Control Instruments By

Installing functional and structural parts on devices or equipment.

Maintains Safe And Clean Work Environment By

Operating all machinery in a safe and efficient manner; reporting any safety hazards to assigned supervisor or safety manager; complying with all safety and quality policies, practices and procedures.

Maintains Quality Service By

Keeping error rates minimal and within acceptable ranges; maintaining an efficient work pace; meeting and exceeding all performance measurements: quantity, accuracy, timeliness, and thoroughness of work performed.

Secondary Job Results Contributes To Team Effort By

Maintaining a good attendance record; accomplishing related results as needed.

Maintains Technical Knowledge By

Attending educational workshops, seminars, and conferences.

Your Background

Education / Experience: Associate’s Degree from college or technical school or 3 to 5 years direct related experience or an equivalent combination.

Reading and Writing: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization. Ability to read, analyze and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents.

Problem Solving: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

Computer

Skills:

Proficient personal computer skills including electronic mail, record keeping, routine database, activity, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, etc.

Other

Skills:

Forklift; man lift; valid driver’s license. Good communication skills; mechanical aptitude; fabrication skills helpful; PLC and HMI skills helpful; good reasoning skills; good problem solving skills.
