Maintains all ROHO equipment by performing preventative maintenance on equipment, inspecting and repairing all equipment, and assisting with any other special projects.

Pay range: $28.00–$33.00/hr, depending on experience

Work schedule:

Full‑time, 40 hours per week

Shift: Midnight shift — starts Sunday at 10:00 PM and ends Friday at 6:30 AM

Offered as needed to support production needs

• Ensures operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by observing all equipment to assure proper operation of all systems and finding possible failures; repairing and maintaining machinery and mechanical equipment such as pneumatic tools, motors, conveyor systems, production machines using testing instruments, hand and power tools and precision‑measuring instruments; performing preventive maintenance; repairing electrical equipment.
• Manages equipment database by maintaining written records for every piece of equipment; logging work done and failures in order to establish a predictive maintenance program.
• Adjusts parts of devices and control instruments by installing functional and structural parts on devices or equipment.
• Maintains safe and clean work environment by operating all machinery in a safe and efficient manner; reporting any safety hazards to assigned supervisor or safety manager; complying with all safety and quality policies, practices and procedures.
• Maintains quality service by keeping error rates minimal and within acceptable ranges; maintaining an efficient work pace; meeting and exceeding all performance measurements: quantity, accuracy, timeliness, and thoroughness of work performed.

• Contributes to team effort by maintaining a good attendance record and accomplishing related results as needed.
• Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, seminars, and conferences.

• Associate’s degree from college or technical school or 3 to 5 years direct related experience or an equivalent combination.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
• Proficient personal computer skills including electronic mail, record keeping, routine database, activity, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, etc.
• Forklift; man lift; valid driver’s license.
• Good communication skills; mechanical aptitude; fabrication skills helpful; PLC and HMI skills helpful; good reasoning skills; good problem solving skills.
