Position Title
Director of Nursing | DON | RN

Responsibilities- Administration and management of Nursing Services to residents in accordance with orders of the physicians and the total needs of the residents.
- 24-hour supervision of Nursing Services and directing the Nursing Department to maintain quality standards of care.
- Assume responsibility for center operations in the absence of the Administrator.
- A fire and passion for working with seniors.
- A flexible, fun, and energetic personality.
- Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state in which you are practicing.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school preferred.
- Prior experience in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting required.
- Two years of experience in a nurse supervisory role required.
- Professional image in both appearance and behavior.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
