Memorial Hospital Belleville is an acute care hospital offering medical and surgical services plus critical and emergency care, including Children’s at Memorial for pediatric emergency care. • Circulate and scrub for assigned specialty and OR procedures.
• Serve as liaison between specialty physicians and hospital; review and maintain physician preference cards.
• Maintain proper function of equipment in assigned specialty.
• Serve as a clinical preceptor/mentor for orienteer and existing staff; provide training sessions on new equipment and instrumentation.
• Provide feedback to management regarding staff evaluations.
• Manage inventory of specialty supplies to maintain par levels; review case cart supplies for accuracy and cost effectiveness.
• Meet with vendors and serve as liaison between them, management, and physicians.
