General Medicine Clinical Nurse

Role: Provides direct patient care in a medical-surgical unit, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care.

Responsibilities: Promotes patient and family-centered care, educates on illness management, ensures safety and quality compliance, develops and documents individualized care plans, assesses physical and psychosocial needs, and communicates effectively across care teams.

Qualifications: Requires RN license and a Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree; BSN preferred. No prior experience necessary, but less than 2 years of experience is preferred. Critical skills include assessment, communication, and safety awareness.
