• Position Summary: Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, and in collaboration with the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT), provides direct and indirect patient care in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act and organizational policy.
• Pay: $28.72 Hourly. Full-Time Non-Exempt Position
• Schedule
  :
  Monday
  - Friday 8:30 AM- 5:00 PM with an additional rotational on‑call schedule that includes some evening, weekends, and holidays. As we have on‑call nurses, on‑call would be limited.
• Location
  :
  Will be based out of our Belleville Patient Services Office. Would primarily visit patients and travel within the Belleville office’s service area northern service territory, which include the following counties:
  Clinton, Madison, Bond, Montgomery, Macoupin, Jersey, and Calhoun.
• We visit our patients wherever they may be located, whether it be in their homes, long‑term care facilities, nursing homes, hospitals, etc. As a result, a valid driver's license, current automobile insurance, and reliable transportation are requirements of the position. The company reimburses .70 cents per mile for driving personal vehicles.
• Hospice of Southern Illinois is certified by the State of Illinois and is in compliance with the registration requirements of the Illinois Equal Pay Act.
